A small table that reaches new heights, Turn table by Simon Legald – Norrmann Copenhagen
Designer Simon Legald is the creator of the Turn table, a small yet functional table in wood and steel. The name Turn refers to the rotational movement used to adjust the height of its round tabletop, gently raising it up from its bell-shaped steel base.
With a minimum height of 41.5 cm and a maximum height of 64 cm, this small table can be easily adjusted to suits its existing surroundings. Beyond acting as a visual ballast to the light tabletop, the distinctive base also serves as a stabilizing center of gravity and reflects the way in which Turn has been clearly designed around its function.
Turn is well-suited for use as a coffee or side table and can be placed on its own or in a group of small tables in a living room, lounge area, lobby or hotel room. The ash veneer tabletop is lacquered in the same color as the steel base. The table comes in three monochrome tones of black, dark gray and a lighter, warm gray, allowing Turn to blend in elegantly with different interior designs.
