We are proud to present the Tira collection

One of our most appreciated designs at the moment, created in collaboration with acclaimed Swedish designer Per Waern Jensen.

Drawing inspiration from the pristine beauty of Sweden’s Tira islands, this collection captures the purity of Scandinavian minimalism while reflecting the timeless elegance of nature.

Tira armchair is inspired by the shape of a bird’s nest, the chairs legs embrace the seat and backrest like branches forming a protective structure – both sleek and inviting. Every detail in the design reflects the connection to nature that defines this collection.

Tira
The Tira range is designed by Per Waern Jensen. The armchair is inspired from the shape of a bird’s nest, with chair legs that embrace the chair seat and back. The range has therefore been named from the nature reserve Tira islands, which is an island group in southern Sweden. The islands are mostly primeval forest. The nature reserve has an interesting bird life with one of the country’s richest diversities of bird species.

“The inspiration behind the Tira series is nature itself. My intention was to design furniture that embodies the raw beauty of the wilderness, infusing any space with a natural, untamed energy, regardless where it’s placed.”

Per Waern Jensen
Per Waern Jensen is a Swedish furniture & interior designer. After working for more than fifteen years with retail and interior design as an employee he founded his own studio in the late summer of 2022. The studio is a result of Per’s desire to work more dedicated with furniture design.
Per Waern Jensen has an MA in Furniture Design from The Royal Danish Academy, School of Design, Copenhagen, Denmark. He graduatded in 2006.
