Fritz Hansen x Fragment

Fritz Hansen presents a limited edition of Arne Jacobsen’s iconic DOT™ stool, created in collaboration with fragment design.

Celebrating 150 years of extraordinary design, Fritz Hansen created an exclusive collaboration model by joining forces with fragment led by Mr. Hiroshi Fujiwara, the Godfather of Street . For the first time in the history of Arne Jacobsen’s stacking chairs, the collaboration model will feature leather seats and bases with laser engravings. The model will be available for sale only in Japan.

Throughout the years, Fritz Hansen has continued to bring iconic furniture to life by using new materials and techniques. Mr. Hiroshi Fujiwara, the founder of fragment, has led the street culture in various fields, including music, fashion, automobile and food. The collaboration model is a DOT stool with a new expression featuring an exclusive collaboration logo. The minimalist design makes the DOT a perfect item to be used in the office or at home. Mr. Fujiwara has participated in numerous collaboration projects, but this is his first time working with furniture.

The seat and the base in premium nubuck leather upholstery feature an exclusive laser engraved logo. It will be available as a limited edition of 150 pieces in brown and black respectively. A serial-numbered anniversary plate will be attached to the back of the seat.
