Next to Gunnar Asplund Sven Markelius (1889-1972) was the architect who in the thirties accepted and carried the functionalism in Sweden. He was one of the outstanding figures at the Stockholm Exhibition 1930 at which Gunnar Asplund was the head architect.

John Kandell, PIMPIM
John Kandell (1925-1991) arbetade med stolen PimPim 1990 och tyckte modellen närmade sig hans idé om stolen som skulptur. Mot bakgrund av John Kandells bortgång 1991 beslutade vi vänta med presentationen av denna hans sista stol till ett senare tillfälle. Inget tillfälle kan vara bättre att presentera en riktig ”Kandellare” än Designåret 2005.. Stolen finns i de två färgerna John Kandell fastställde; rött och grönt. Upplaga 360 exemplar.
