Uniting culture with design brands, buyers, press, retail and technology, northmodern opens up new and exciting possibilities that venture beyond the boundaries of traditional trade fairs accompanied each season by a creative exhibition.

As a celebration of holistic, sustainable contemporary living, the event brings together a unique and well-rounded curation of design, professionals and ideas from other related industries, including contributions from gastronomy, auction houses, galleries and innovative companies. Together, these diverse fields co-exist and redefine each other to create a one-of-a-kind trade show experience for businesses, professionals and design enthusiasts from around the world.
Divided into to main segments – Room and Slow Living – northmodern is a trade show presenting a lively mix of high end brands, upcoming designers, new talents, galleries, showrooms, special projects such as Crystal Hall curated by 1.618 and creative spaces within furniture, design, art and architecture.
northmodern Room
Room is a sharply curated furniture segment. Room presents agencies and brands within furniture, office, kitchens and lighting segments. Showcasing the best of Scandinavian and international brands, Room has a cool and industrial feeling, creating a spacious platform and representation of each individual brand identity.
northmodern Slow Living
Slow Living is an interior segment, divided into two areas; Nude Elegance and Eclectic Atelier. Nude Elegance is characterized by a minimalistic, modern and polished look. Eclectic Atelier presents a mix of brands within a globally oriented style in a decorative modern context.
