Panda is an upholstered easy chair where a big but playful bit of inspiration came from Hans J Wegner’s famous “Papa Bear” chair designed in 1951. Without landing close to the original the design became a hug that invites you to sit down, lean back and relax.
Despite it’s very direct and slightly infantile expression a lot of attention has been put in to finding the right balance in both proportions and comfort.
Seat and back are in moulded polyethene that can be upholstered with preferable fabric. The base is made of solid ash wood.
