Multior equips public spaces for future sustainability requirements

Starting January 1, 2026, new requirements for packaging waste sorting in public spaces will be implemented. We welcome these requirements by launching Multior, a modular series of waste bins for public spaces.

Multior, designed by Jesper Ståhl, enables meeting new waste sorting requirements in parks and squares. As its name suggests, the series offers the possibility to create multiple side-by-side installations. What distinguishes Multior in both design and function is its recycled aluminum, a generous interior accommodating standard bins, and an exterior that adds character to public spaces.

The bin’s front and back feature durable compact laminate with milled grooves and an oak-like feel, or alternatively a smooth surface suitable for image application. Like other waste bins from Byarum, there’s an option to implement an emblem in the casting.

“Multior can be customized for its intended location. It’s easy for users to understand and simple to maintain.” – Jesper Ståhl
