In collaboration with Hans Sandgren Jakobsen, Naver Collection launched the Thor table in autumn 2021 at the 3 Days of Design fair in Copenhagen.
Hans Sandgren Jakobsen is the designer behind the Thor table. Our new table is designed with a floating tabletop showcasing the qualities of solid wood and with black sand-cast aluminum legs keeping the table simple in its expression and providing the design with a distinctive character.
Hans Sandgren Jakobsen is a skilled craftsman with a background as a cabinetmaker and an education from the Danish Design School in Copenhagen, where he graduated in 1990. Hans Sandgren Jakobsen is an internationally recognized designer with a great passion for simplicity in the design process with many details and focus on functionality. Dedication and a pursuit of quality are characteristic of his work. With a passion for Nordic design, the furniture designer has created award-winning pieces.
