BOY may remind us about our boyhood – those naive and carefree days playing all day long. And BOY is for sure an amusing and enjoyable pouf, both in form and use. BOY adds a smile to your room and can be just that dash of colour you need. But since BOY is easy to move it can also function as an extra seat or footstool – or maybe even transfer the living room to a playground for your kid.

The strong character

When Norway Says made their sketches for BOY, they actually meant to design an armchair. That is why BOY carries a form that clearly defines the difference between the seat and the bearing lower part – and that is why BOY has such a strong character.

NORWAY SAYS
Norway Says is a design partnership run by designers Torbjørn Anderssen, Andreas Engesvik and Espen Voll. The 3 partners are trained as Furniture Designers and Interior Architects from the National Colleges of Art and Design in Oslo and Bergen. While focusing on furniture design, their work also includes textiles, lighting, electronics and interiors. Their work is represented in the collections of The Victoria and Albert Museum. In 2004 Norway Says were granted the prestigious Scandinavian Award – The Bruno Mathsson Prize.
