Bast – a sturdy table with an honest expression

Bast is a solid coffee table with a clear character and subtle detailing. The design is honest—you should see how it is constructed and feel the strength.

The table is built on the idea of reuse and repair: Each component is removable and replaceable. The table legs and table top are delivered separately and easily assembled with four screws.

Bast is available in three sizes and was developed to work in combination. It creates natural meeting places—from social zones to informal work areas. The height is adapted to sofa groups, making working comfortably at the table possible.

The design combines solid oak with a floating aluminium bracket made from recycled and untreated aluminium, a detail that gives the table both structural strength and aesthetic lightness.

Bast is about building something that lasts, and being proud of how it is put together.
