Vandalorum presents Transformation, an exhibition showcasing 14 individual projects by second-year students from Capellagården’s ceramics and furniture programs.
Running from January 24 through March 1, 2026, the exhibition offers insight into tomorrow’s craftspeople, designers, and artists through their personal interpretations of transformation.
Each of the 14 participants has developed a distinct project exploring how forms shift, visions change color, and objects transform alongside human experience.
The exhibition features works in ceramics by Elin Lindberg, Ellen Salin, Ella Zetterberg, Gertrud Abrahamsson, and Johan Henning, alongside wood and furniture pieces by Ambjörn Andersson, Arlette Picard, Felicia Engerdahl, Felicia Hammarén, and Johan Wik.
The exhibition’s conceptual framework examines metamorphosis through craft—how materials, techniques, and forms undergo change while retaining their essential character. Capellagården’s educational approach emphasizes individual artistic development, evident in the diverse range of interpretations presented at Vandalorum.
