During Paris Design Week from September 5 – 10, DES&DO! has been invited by CØR Studio, a new gallery focusing on the contemporary European design and art scene. Located in the heart of Paris.

Following great success at Stockholm Furniture Fair and Röhsska Museum in Gothenburg, DES&DO! is now moving forward internationally. With the aim of showcasing the rich design and craft scene in Västra Götaland to an international market. The initiative enables visibility and networking for 16 designers and 14 manufacturers, all active in the region.

During Paris Design Week, CØR Studio has invited DES&DO! and LA LUNE to strengthen the cultural ties between Sweden, Paris, and Berlin. The collaboration highlights fantastic works by some of the industry’s most promising designers, focusing on the interplay between materials, textures, and craftsmanship.

DES&DO! is run in collaboration between Svensk Form Väst, SPOK Västra Götaland, and FORM & folk, regional associations in Western Sweden that aim to strengthen and promote design and crafts locally, nationally, and internationally. Partners: Textile Museum and Cultural Administration of Västra Götaland Region. The project is funded by the Cultural Committee of Västra Götaland Region. The exhibition in Paris is funded by the Cultural Committee of Västra Götaland Region and the Swedish Arts Council.
