London Design Festival 2024 marks the 22nd edition of one of the world’s leading annual design events.
The festival runs from 14 to 22 September and takes place, as always, across the breadth of the city — in galleries, institutions, showrooms and public spaces distributed throughout London rather than concentrated in a single venue.
The festival’s distributed format gives it a particular character: it is as much an experience of the city as it is an experience of design.
Visitors move between destinations, encountering work in contexts that range from established cultural institutions to independent showrooms and temporary installations in unexpected spaces. This format has made London Design Festival one of the most visited design events in the world and a significant platform for both established names and emerging designers.
The festival draws strong international participation, with Scandinavian manufacturers and studios consistently well represented across its programme. For Nordic brands with a presence in the UK market, London Design Festival offers one of the most effective annual platforms for visibility among press, buyers and a design-literate public.
The 2024 edition continues the festival’s established model — nine days, city-wide, open to both trade and public audiences — while presenting new work from designers and manufacturers across the UK and internationally.
