ERIK JØRGENSEN’S ICONIC SOFA GETS A MATCHING COFFEE TABLE

In collaboration with Swedish designer Monica Förster, Erik Jørgensen, The Manufacturer has created a new coffee table that matches the iconic Savannah sofa, but can also stand on its own.

About a year ago, Erik Jørgensen embarked on a new collaboration with renowned Swedish designer
Monica Förster, to create the iconic Savannah sofa.
The sofa of uncompromising quality made from choice natural materials was later joined by an armchair
– and now the Danish furniture maker and Monica Förster have added a coffee table to the series.
The Savannah coffee table features the same solid wooden structure, high-quality joinery and supreme
Danish craftsmanship as the Savannah sofa and armchair.

“This table is designed to harmonise with the entire collection, but it can also stand on its own. With its
slender lines, it is also an extremely versatile table – making it ideal as a side table or in the hall as well,”
explains Monica Förster.

Scandinavian sensation
The coffee table is available in a variety of wood finishes with a tabletop in either wood or granite,
striking a distinct contrast to the popular marble trend of recent years.
“The Savannah series features natural Scandinavian materials, so it seems more fitting to use granite.
The beautiful joinery combined with the solid granite top creates a uniquely Scandinavian sensation,”
concludes Monica Förster.
