Finally! I made my first sketch on a peeled lounge sofa in 2003 … but Couch 85 and 100 came in between … which was not wrong, because for ten years we have been able to live with and refine Couch 100 – The couch sofa is identical in size and with the same hedonistic comfort! Everything that is important for comfort remains, but the rest I wanted to get rid of in order to elicit a more ascetic expression. All the cavities of the body are gone and there is a thin shell and wool-embedded thin shell supported by a finely carved bone base entirely in solid oak. So naked and so nice. The sofa is almost most beautiful from behind … and under!
