Daybe Dining Modular Sofa: Contract-Ready Comfort with Modular Flexibility

Northern expands its contract collection with the introduction of the Daybe Dining Modular Sofa, designed by Norwegian duo Morten & Jonas.

Evolving from the original Daybe Dining Sofa, this new modular version is purposebuilt for restaurants, hotels, co-living spaces, and offices, while remaining equally at home in private interiors.

The design combines the comfort of a dining bench with the adaptability of a modular system. With centre modules available from 90 to 220 cm in 10 cm increments, plus end and corner units, the sofa can be customised to fit spaces both large and small. Carefully balanced proportions provide upright comfort for dining or working, while contract-grade upholstery and high-resilience foam ensure lasting durability in high-use environments.

Supported by slender steel legs in black, the clean geometry of the frame enhances the timeless, minimal expression. The modular system makes it easy to design flexible layouts that adapt as spaces change — from intimate booths to expansive lounge or dining areas.
