The YK100 lighting series, designed by Finnish modernist Yrjö Kukkapuro (1931-2025) and produced by Blond, originated in the 1960s as a solution for Kukkapuro’s own studio
This modular aluminum lighting system features cone and rectangular shades and comes in various formats including pendants, spotlights, and floor lamps.
The collection showcases Kukkapuro’s component-based approach to design, where versatility and functional innovation meet clean, modernist aesthetics.
