“Outdoor plant pots have occupied me for as long as my interest in gardening. As a ceramic artist, I have created many different forms in both earthenware and stoneware. Despite having holes in the bottom and feet underneath, they have never withstood the Swedish winter and have always cracked.
Now I have found the optimal material – sand-cast recycled aluminum. The result is pots in three different sizes. I call them Gråsippa after the soft shape of the flower. The finished rim makes the smaller pots easy to move (even with soil). The large one will probably stay where you put it – on the other hand, it can hold an entire tree. Personally, I prefer the natural gray color, but they are also available in black.”
