A Swedese product of the correct quality is one, which, after delivery to the customer, meets their needs and expectations. We obtain the correct quality by:

• Developing furniture in accordance with the Swedese Business Idea.
• Following the specifications and instructions.
• Implementing the correct procedure at the beginning of each manufacturing process.
• Prioritising preventive measures to avoid mistakes and always working for improvements.

When an error occurs, preventing it from being repeated.

In order to maintain such quality and levels of efficiency we need well-educated, skilled employees with machinery and equipment in excellent condition.
