TRAVERSE COLLECTION | ERWAN BOUROULLEC FOR HAY
The Traverse Collection, designed by French designer Erwan Bouroullec for HAY, seamlessly integrates into any outdoor environment through its balanced proportions and natural materials. Featuring a die-cast aluminum frame combined with heat-treated ash slats, each piece embodies durability with an inviting expression that becomes more beautiful as it patinates over time. The ergonomic design ensures comfort while maintaining visual lightness, making the collection—comprising chairs, armchairs, tables, benches, and stools—ideal for both residential settings and public spaces. Bouroullec’s technically minded approach results in a versatile, weather-resistant collection that honors Scandinavian design principles while offering contemporary functionality for outdoor living.
