VEVA is Longlisted in the Dezeen Awards – Blå Station

DESIGN | Bernstrand & Borselius 2024
We are proud to announce that Dezeen has selected the expertly designed and uniquely adjustable VEVA table to be among the top 14 products in the running for the prestigious Dezeen Awards in the Furniture Design category. With over 4000 entries spread over all categories, being selected for one of the most popular categories is a big recognition.

VEVA has become an opportunity for us to return to the simple, the obvious – what the eye sees and understands instantly. For us, a crank conveys that something can be turned, go up and down, in or out. We automatically grab the knob and start cranking to see what happens. We can almost see our new table, Veva, as an educational product to preserve a simple and, for us, obvious manual intervention. We are functionalists, after all. In the small, custom-made-by-us crankcase, major, advanced technology can be found.

Come on – Here’s VEVA!

The next stop on the 2024 world tour is ORGATEC in Cologne.
Orgatec only takes place every second year. Therefore, we have dialed up the effort a little extra so that we don’t miss the opportunity to show off something special. All we can say right now is that something big is on the horizon.

”ORGATEC is reinventing itself. The leading international trade fair for the future of work will return in 2024 with a new event concept that is designed to meet the evolving requirements of the world of work and is positioned even closer to the cutting edge. With a shorter duration, a new hall layout, focus areas with target group-relevant content, digital innovations, and much more – experience a topic-centered, trendsetting, and highly efficient event!”
