During 3daysofdesign 2026, Sibast Furniture presented the new Inverse Side Table Aluminum, designed by Steffensen & Würtz.

The launch introduces a refined aluminum edition of the Inverse Side Table, expanding the collection with a lighter and more precise material expression.

With its ultra-thin profile, softened curves, and quiet sculptural presence, the Inverse Side Table Aluminum explores the meeting point between contrast and balance. Refined edges meet organic shapes, while the aluminum surface adds a sense of clarity, lightness, and architectural precision.

The new edition continues the design language of the Inverse collection, where simplicity is shaped through carefully considered proportions and honest materials. The result is a side table with a calm, understated presence – designed to complement both residential interiors, hospitality spaces, lounges, lobbies, and curated contract settings.

Designed by Danish design duo Steffensen & Würtz, the table reflects their ability to create furniture with a clear identity, where function, materiality, and form are brought together in a balanced and timeless expression.

The aluminum edition gives the Inverse Side Table a new contemporary character. The material enhances the table’s minimal silhouette and allows the design to appear both light and distinct – adding a more modern architectural dimension to the collection.

For Steffensen & Würtz, the new edition represents a continuation of the design idea behind Inverse – a side table shaped by contrast, simplicity, and material honesty.

“With Inverse, we wanted to create a table where the details are subtle, but essential. The thin profile, the refined edges, and the soft curves create a quiet tension in the design. In aluminum, the table gains a new lightness and precision, making it highly relevant for contemporary interiors,” says Steffensen & Würtz.
