Orrefors has expanded its collaboration with chef Björn Frantzén with five new bar glasses, completing a tableware collection that began in September 2024.
Launched on 26 March 2026, the Lowball, Highball, Nick & Nora, Martini, and Coupe glasses are designed to serve the full range of bar needs — from aperitifs and long drinks to stirred and shaken cocktails.
The glasses were developed in close collaboration with the sommeliers and bar staff at Frantzén Group, applying the same methodology used for the dining glasses and carafes already in the collection. Thin, clean silhouettes and a graduated bowl-to-stem transition define the visual identity, with each glass tuned to specific service requirements.

The Lowball accommodates large ice formats suited to Old Fashioned and Negroni; the Highball is proportioned for long drinks and sodas; the Nick & Nora is sized for stirred, spirit-forward cocktails served cold; the Martini glass suits both shaken and stirred preparations; and the Coupe is designed for shaken drinks served without ice.
The collaboration gained additional context earlier in 2025 when Frantzén received three Michelin stars for FZN in Dubai — making him the only chef in the world to simultaneously operate three three-star restaurants. The bar glasses will be introduced across all Frantzén Group restaurants worldwide.
Orrefors x Björn Frantzén is part of the Swedish glassmaker’s ongoing programme of collaborations with the hospitality industry, combining technical glass expertise with professional service requirements.
