The Dais lounge chair represents the pinnacle of Scandinavian design innovation, masterfully crafted by the acclaimed Stockholm-based studio Form Us With Love for Keilhauer. This exceptional seating solution seamlessly blends ergonomic excellence with architectural elegance, making it a defining piece for contemporary workspaces.
Drawing inspiration from the timeless technique of veneer bending, Dais transcends traditional lounge chair constraints. The designers have engineered a three-dimensional skew in the backrest that perfectly embraces the human silhouette, creating an intuitive seating experience that responds to the body’s natural contours and movements.
What sets Dais apart is its remarkable agility despite its sophisticated form. Through precision moulding, bending, and machining techniques, Form Us With Love has achieved a seemingly impossible balance – a chair that appears visually minimal while delivering maximum comfort. Each curve and angle has been meticulously calculated to support various postures required in today’s dynamic work environments.
The chair embodies Form Us With Love’s commitment to purposeful material selection, ensuring sustainability without compromising functionality or aesthetic appeal. This thoughtful approach to design makes Dais not merely a furniture piece but a statement of values – where comfort, craftsmanship, and conscience coexist.
Dais represents a forward-thinking solution for workspaces that demand both flexibility and sophistication. Its sculptural presence transforms any environment while its ergonomic intelligence nurtures productivity and wellbeing – truly a chair designed for the way we work today and tomorrow.
Available exclusively through Keilhauer.
