Steelo is a contemporary ‘stool’ that is positively brimming over with personality. The extruded metal base comes in a black lacquer finish as standard with a seat cushion covered in leather or fabric. David Regestam (1980) has studied Design at the University of Gothenburg’s School of Design and Crafts, and Interior Architecture and Furniture Design at the University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. Since graduation he has worked with architectural assignments, interior design and furniture design, at times in Japan with Junichi Tokuda (1979), who has studied Interior Architecture and Furniture Design at the University of Chiba in Japan, and Design at the University of Gothenburg’s School of Design and Crafts.
