The new dB Modular Sofa is soft, and welcoming. It creates perfect conditions for a pleasant soundscape.
The product is designed by Thomas Bernstrand to make public spaces and work spaces less rigid, and more adaptable. Textile waste from Abstractas own factory is used as acoustic filling. Thus, both the environmental footprint and the level of low-frequency noise are reduced.
Thomas Bernstrand has a strong passion for flexibility. The basic version of dB Pouffe is surprisingly simple. Thus, the product easily adapts to different usages and contexts. Simplicity is the key to flexibility and to a soundscape where people can thrive. dB Pouffe is designed for coworking spaces, as well as shopping malls, and lobbies.
Use the modules to make room for privacy, or to create space for informal meetings and collaboration. The modules can be used as separate pouffes, or together as a modular sofa.
db Pouffe enables you to create any formation you like – wave-like and organic, or straight and geometric.
It can be combined with the other products of the series, but works equally well on its own.
