Shelf System V.NA.01 by Nils Ahrenberg for Verk

Room dividing shelf, sideboard or storage in one, design Nils Ahrenberg.

Made of solid Swedish birch. Can be purchased untreated or treated with natural linseed oil.

This refined bookshelf, quite surprisingly, started out as a school assignment but soon went well beyond that. The shelf offer both practicality and poetry. It also functions as a divider in the middle of the room, should you so desire. A supremely well-made piece of furniture that feels at home being either center stage or letting somebody else shine.

Nils Ahrenberg

Nils Ahrenberg is a German-Swedish designer, equally interested in problem solving, carpentry and aesthetics. He studied at Design Academy Eindhoven before, via an Erasmus scholarship, following his roots to Konstfack in Stockholm, where he subsequently got swooped up by Verk. The bookshelf V.NA.01 is one of his first designs in production. Needless to say, we expect great things from him in the future.
