Dalform and Form Us With Love identified a growing need for versatile furniture systems in public and semi-public spaces. Offices, schools, and hospitality environments demand solutions that are not only functional but also adaptable to shifting requirements.
In collaboration with Form Us With Love, Dalform started a journey to transform its offerings. Inspired by its expertise in sheet metal production, the team envisioned a modular, aesthetic system designed for flexibility and durability. Workshops, sketches, and prototyping explored how the new range could support architects in creating dynamic environments.
The result is Soft Edge, a modular furniture system with a friendly yet robust design. By embracing soft folds in its construction, the system combines strength with lightweight efficiency. Its adaptable components, spanning seating, shelving, and storage solutions, allow for creative configurations tailored to diverse spaces. Materials like wood and upholstery add layers of texture and utility.
Dalform’s commitment to sustainability is woven into every detail, ensuring that Soft Edge enhances environments while minimizing its ecological footprint. This versatile system bridges the gap between form and function, meeting the evolving demands of contemporary spaces.
